Our Dear Beautiful support team is available from Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM. The Dear Beautiful support team is not available Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on holidays.

Yes, all our products are 100% paraben-free. None of our products carry or will ever carry parabens.

→ Are your products cruelty-free? 
Animals share with us the privilege of having souls. Keep fighting for animals by making compassionate, cruelty-free choices every day and encouraging those around you to do the same. Dear Beautiful is and will forever be cruelty-free.

→ Where can I get the full product ingredient listing?

You can find the full ingredient list on the individual bottles and in the product description page.

→ How long can I use my Dear Beautiful products?

You can enjoy your Dear Beautiful products for up to two years from manufacturing date, and one year from date of opening.
